The Bandon Community Youth Center is a 501c3 nonprofit. Our mission is to provide opportunities for local youth and families to learn, grow and experience success. We have been supporting our community and working families since 1998. Our Members will be challenged with critical thinking, embracing collaboration and creativity. Engaging members with real life connections, social-emotional connections and the mindset that we are always learning, always growing and always experimenting. With an overall goal of creating lifelong learners!

Bandon Community Youth Center is a place for kids to learn, explore, connect, and just be kids. We provide affordable after-school, summer, and school-break programming for youth in Kindergarten through 8th grade, with a focus on hands-on learning, creativity, healthy activities, and community involvement.
Our programs give kids opportunities to try new things through art, STEM, cooking, gardening, sports, field trips, community service, local guest speakers, and partnerships with organizations throughout our community. We believe some of the best learning happens when kids are given the chance to explore their interests, build confidence, make friends, and discover what they are capable of.
At BCYC, we want every child to feel welcome, supported, and connected. Whether we’re growing vegetables, exploring our community, building something, helping others, or simply having fun together, our goal is to create meaningful experiences and a safe place for Bandon’s youth to grow.
